Hyderabad Kingsmen’s Sri Lankan batsman Kaushal Perera was furious with Naheed Rana’s run out despite being ahead.

The incident took place in the final match of PSL 11 when Kaushal Perera of Hyderabad Kingsmen wanted to complete the run early but Zalmi bowler Naheed Rana suddenly stepped forward, preventing the two from colliding.

Although Naheed Rana was all over the ball and didn’t find the batsman, Perera had to slow down because of him and ran away to complete the run.

He also swung to get to the crease, but in such a close run, even a nanosecond’s difference affects the decision and what happened.

The distance between his bat and the wicket was reduced, but in the meantime the ball hit the wicket and the wicket flew.

The field umpire Chris Gaffney consulted with the third umpire Alex Wharf, while the two batsmen waited for the decision, Bracewell and Babar Azam also reached the umpires, after a long review the third umpire declared Perera a runaway, at which he looked very angry and left the field shaking his head angrily.

The captain of Hyderabad Kingsmen Marinus Labushin also seemed dissatisfied with this decision and spoke to the judge about it, but the decision was not changed according to him.
