Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore was full. Popular singers performed at the colorful closing ceremony of HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) XI.
The closing ceremony of PSL XI was conducted by former Pakistan cricket team captain and commentator Wasim Akram and Zainab Abbas.
CEOPSL Salman Naseer entered the field with the trophy and handed over the trophy to the female player who came from the top of the field and handed over the trophy to Wasim Ekram.
Wasim Akram’s Asian singer Zaheer Abbas was also present, the two former cricketers placed the trophy on the podium and presenter Sikandar Bakht also performed.
Ali Azmat mesmerized the audience with his performance, Yaar Yehi Dosti Hai, Yeh Hai Pak Zameen, Chalo Aur Garho, Maidan Mein Hosh Jagane Du Jaye and another famous country singer Arif Lohar also supported Ali Azmat in the song.
After that, Arif Lohar spread the sounds of music in his traditional style, then through music the colors of Pakistani culture spread in the field.
Atif Aslam, Aîma Baig and Sabri Sisters sang the PSL XI anthem and the artists remembered the action on that anthem.
The closing ceremony ended with a spectacular fireworks display.
After the ceremony, Hyderabad Kingsmen and Peshawar Zalmi will meet in the final.
New PSL team Hyderabad Kingsman Marnos Labushin is in action while former champions Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam is also determined to win.
