Report: Soheyl Imran. At an award ceremony in Madrid, world famous tennis star Novak Djokovic revealed that he got interested in cricket because of Indian batsman star Virat Kohli.
Djokovic, who hails from Serbia, said that Virat Kohli is not only his friend but also impressed by his personality and game.
He said Virat is my friend, I respect him a lot and am inspired by him.
He added that the truth is that it was because of Virat Kohli that he became interested in cricket.
Novak Djokovic said that there is a bond between the two players and the interest in cricket has increased because of Virat.
The tennis star also said that if I go to India, maybe we can play some tennis together.
