Olympic gold medalist Javelin Tharoor continues his planned training for the upcoming events in Lahore and said that he is preparing hard for the upcoming events.
Ershad Nedim said that he was fully prepared for the Qatar Diamond League, which was scheduled to be held in May, but it was postponed due to the tension in the region and will be played in June, so now the Qatar Diamond League has been postponed for a month and time has been given for training.
Olympic gold medalist Ershad Nadeem said that the Joint Games in July, then the Diamond Leagues, the last World Athletics Championships and then the Asian Games for which I am preparing.
Regarding his goals, Ershad Nedim said that my goals are the Joint Games, the World Athletics Games and the Asian Games, the Diamond League continues simultaneously and I will participate in them.
He said that I was born in Pakistan and I love this land, but because of the heat, I will try to train in South Africa for a few months.
On the other hand, the coach of Ershad Nadim, Salman Iqbal Butt said, this year is very difficult for us, the three main competitions are the Joint Games, the Asian Games and the World Championship, in addition, we will participate in the Diamond League.
He said that now we are in the competition stage, our training is still ongoing, the technique and strength are good and we will try to throw better than the previous years.
Salman Iqbal Butt said that last year his injuries bothered him a lot and that’s why he stayed away from the competitions.
