Major changes are likely in the national test squad for the Bangladesh tour.
According to sources, the national test team is expected to be announced next week, the camp of the selected players will start from April 29 in Karachi.
Sources reveal that the selectors have started consulting on behalf of the players. There are likely three to four changes in the team for the series against South Africa last year.
There is also a possibility of change in the management of the team, instead of Azhar Mahmoud Sarfaraz Ahmed will be the head coach. Raya Sarfaraz Ahmed will also take part in the selection of players.
Other sources also say that wicketkeeper Rohail Nazir could be given a chance.
It is worth mentioning that the Test matches between Pakistan and Bangladesh are scheduled to be played on May 8 and 16.
