Pakistan Super League (PSL) team Lahore Qalandars Muhammad Naeem says the event has given his career a new direction and he is eager to win another trophy for his team.
In an interview to Geo News, Mohammad Naeem said that he feels lucky to have got the opportunity to be a part of a franchise like Lahore Qalandars.
He said that this team has been his favorite and dream since the beginning and now he is a part of it for the second year in a row.
Muhammad Naeem congratulated the team management of Lahore Qalandaran and said that they have been given complete trust and freedom and thanks to this they can play their natural game without any pressure. Franchise’s free hand is one of the main reasons for their better performance.
Regarding his batting approach, Mohammad Naeem said that as a batsman every player has his goals, but his first job is to contribute to the team’s success.
He said that he always tries to make his performance work for his team.
Muhammad Naim attributed his success to his hard work, sacrifices and passion and said that continuous hard work and dedication is the most important factor for achieving success at any level and these are the factors that bring an athlete closer to achieving his goals and dreams.
To a question, he described the atmosphere of the dressing room as a family and said that there are opportunities to learn by being with big and international players in the team, but here there is such an environment, where no one feels like a big name, but everyone lives like a family.
When asked about his personal goals for the current edition of PSL, Mohammad Naeem revealed that he has not set any personal goals, his only goal is to win another title for Lahore Qalandars.
