The England Cricket Board (ECB) has canceled the English Lions’ ongoing tour of the UAE.
It is worth mentioning that the series between English Lions and Pakistan Shaheens was played in the UAE, but due to the tension in the Middle East, the ECB canceled the tour and made preparations for the return of the players and staff to England.
The second ODI match between Pakistan Shaheens and England Lions in UAE was cancelled, 5 ODI matches were played in white ball series, remaining 3 matches were cancelled.
The England Women’s Cricket Team’s planned camp in Abu Dhabi has now been cancelled.
The ECB says alternative options will now be explored for the England Women’s Cricket Team camp.
On the other hand, due to the tensions in the Middle East, the return of the Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team from South Africa was postponed.
According to reports, the stay of the Pakistan Women Cricket Team in Durban has been extended and the return journey of the Pakistan Women Team will start only after the full operation of the flight starts. The Pakistan Women’s team was in Durban for a white-ball series with South Africa.
