England cricketer Harry Brooke says his side have taken heart from their recent win over Sri Lanka, but they will not make any mistakes in the next match.
It is worth mentioning that England will play Sri Lanka in the Super Eight on Sunday at the Pali Banana Stadium, Pakistan on Tuesday and New Zealand on February 28.
It may be recalled that in January, England took on Sri Lanka in a three-match T20I at Pali Castle.
Harry Brook said that knowing the conditions of Pali Kale can be beneficial for him, we have played here and have experience of this wicket and ground, which gives us confidence and we will use that experience in tomorrow’s match.
Harry Brooke has warned that the current Sri Lankan team looks stronger than ever, especially because of the form of opener Patham Nisanka, who scored a century against Australia at Pali Kele.
“Some of their batsmen are in very good shape, if we get a few wickets in the powerplay, it will be good for us,” said the English batsman.
