Kathleen Sousa, a 29-year-old female football player from Brazil, accepted Islam. She is currently a player for the famous Al-Nasr Club women’s soccer team in Saudi Arabia.

In the statement of Al-Nasr Women’s Club of Saudi Arabia on the X social media platform, it was stated that the player of the team Kathleen Sousa accepted Islam, and Kathleen Sousa gave this news to the fans on her Instagram account.

Nasr Women’s message said: “We share this special moment in Kathleen Souza’s life to announce her conversion to Islam and pray to God Almighty to give her patience and fill her heart with peace and joy.”

In the video released by the club, it can be seen that the Brazilian footballer could not control his emotions and said in his message that I am just trying to find the right path and make myself a better person.

Kathleen Souza also shared photos of her visit to Mecca and performing Umrah on her personal Instagram account. He wrote in the caption that seeking change is grateful for the gift of life.

It is worth mentioning that 29-year-old Kathleen Souza was born in Sao Vicente, Brazil, and also represented the Brazilian Women’s National Football Team.
