Report: Soheyl Imran. The visit of Pakistan hockey team players to Australia did not end well as they faced problems.
According to the sources, the Pakistan hockey team had to vacate the dormitory before the last match and before the match the players were busy packing their belongings because the place had to be vacated at 10 o’clock in the day.
Sources said that the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) paid for 7 days of accommodation in Hobart and the players were accommodated an hour and a half away from the city where there were no facilities.
Sources revealed that a hotel was booked but the booking was canceled due to non-payment and later the management arranged accommodation and food for the players with the support of the community.
Sources said that the space was booked for the players through an online website and 4 to 5 players had to stay in each room, though the booking was not for full days.
It is worth mentioning that after participating in the second round of the Pro Hockey League, the national hockey team will return from Australia tomorrow. The team lost 8 matches in the first and second round of the Pro League.
