England batsman Jos Buttler took the world record for the highest catch in history by making a shocking feat, the video of which is going viral on social media.
This unique challenge took place in the presence of former England captain Kevin Pietersen, where a ball was dropped from a height of 122 meters with a drone.
Buttler showed exceptional focus and finesse to successfully complete his catch, breaking the previous world record of 119.86 meters held by Australian wicketkeeper Timothy Shannon Jebesilen.
After completing the catch, Buttler and Pietersen were clearly delighted, with both players hugging each other to celebrate the historic moment.
It is worth mentioning that the competition started with a height of 50 meters, but Butler had his sights set on the world record, which he eventually achieved.
On the other hand, in the ongoing ICCT Twenty20 World Cup, England suffered a 30-run defeat to the West Indies in their recent match at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai, while in the first match of the event, they won by 4 runs against Nepal after a tough match.
The England team will face Scotland on February 14, where they will try to return with a win, and the last match of the group stage will be played against Italy on February 16.
