Italy won the T20 World Cup 2026 for the first time in the event’s history by defeating the Nepalese team by 10 wickets.

In this Group C match played in Mumbai, Italy, he won the toss and decided to bowl first, ending Nepal’s 123-run innings.

On behalf of Nepal, Arif Sheikh scored 27 runs, captain Rohit Podel scored 23 runs and Asif Sheikh scored 20 runs.

For Italy, Krishan Klumage took 3 wickets, Ben Mananti took two wickets, Ali Hasan, JJ Smits and Jaspreet Singh took one wicket each.

The European team chased the target so confidently that they scored 124 runs without losing any wicket.

For Italy, Anthony Mosca scored 62 and Justin Mosca remained unbeaten with 60 runs.
