Regarding the ICCT World Twenty20, Prime Minister Shehba Sharif said that we have taken a conscious decision not to play India in the T20 World Cup, there should be no politics in the field of sports.

Speaking at the Federal Cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that they will not play against India in the T20 World Cup.

He said that we have taken a clear stand in the T20 World Cup, there should be no politics in the field of the game, we have taken a deliberate decision not to play India.

The Prime Minister said that we should stand with Bangladesh.

It is worth mentioning that after Pakistan’s decision not to play India in ICCT Twenty World Cup on February 15, the concern of the world sports organization has increased and they have started looking for ways to celebrate Pakistan.

It is worth recalling that the controversy started after Bangladesh cricketer Mustafizur Rahman’s exclusion from IPL, after which the Bangladesh team refused to go to India for the T20 World Cup due to security concerns and asked the ICC to shift all their matches to Sri Lanka.

Instead of the ICC understanding and resolving the issue, Scotland got involved, following this situation, the Pakistan government decided not to participate in the high-voltage match against India on February 15 in support of Bangladesh.
