The Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 11 Player Auction will be held on February 11, which will be held in Pakistan Rupees.
PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi, franchise representatives, PSL management and others attended the workshop held at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, on this occasion the core values of the players were also revealed.
In the above category, the base price of the auction has been fixed at Rs. 4 crore 20 lakhs, while other basic prices are Rs. 2 billion 20 thousand, 1 billion 10 thousand and 60 thousand.
On top of this, it has been informed that the ten players selected in PSL 11 will have a 2-year contract with the franchise.
PSL Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Salman Naseer said that each franchise will be allowed to retain a maximum of 5 players before the Grand Auction.
In PSL 11, each franchise will be able to directly sign 1 foreign player, each franchise will have a budget of Rs 45 million for the auction, while it can increase up to Rs 50 million by adding direct signing.
Salman Naseer said that the long awaited new season of PSL has started now, the big auctions will be held after the 12th edition.
On this, Mohsin Naqvi said that the meeting between franchisees, players and management is welcome, the auction model is a historic step for PSL.
