Bangladesh refused to travel to India for the ICCT World Twenty20. In this regard, the cricket website claims that the ICC has decided to include Scotland instead of Bangladesh.
According to Cricket website sources, ICC President Sanjog Gupta has written an official letter to the ICC Board this morning, stating that Bangladesh’s demands are not in line with ICC policy.
According to the cricket website, a copy of the letter has been sent to Bangladesh Cricket Board President Aminul Islam who is also a member of the Bangladesh Cricket Board.
The letter said that because of Bangladesh’s opposition to playing matches in India, the ICC had to include another team, so Scotland was invited to participate in the World Cup instead of Bangladesh.
