The rules and regulations of the International Cricket Council (ICC) Dispute Resolution Committee (TORS) are available to hear the application of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
A dispute between a Board and the ICC may be referred to the ICC Committee in accordance with Article 1.2.2 of the TORs.
Pursuant to Article 3(1) of the TOR, the Dispute Settlement Body is the sole forum to review the legality of ICC decisions.
Disputes against the rules and regulations of the Pakistan International Cricket Council can also be referred to the ICC Committee.
BCB has approached the Dispute Resolution Committee over the T20 World Cup 2026 not being shifted to Sri Lanka.
On the other hand, the Indian media reported this issue outside the jurisdiction of the Dispute Resolution Committee.
