Pakistan Women’s Football Team Squad announced for FIFA 2026 series, Pakistan Women’s Football Team has been placed in Ivory Coast’s group.
The FIFA Women’s Series will be played in March and April with the opening matches in Brazil, Ivory Coast and Thailand.
According to the statement of the Pakistan Football Federation, the national team will compete with Mauritania (African Confederation) and Turks and Caicos Islands in its group. The full schedule of matches will be announced later.
Pakistan women’s football team participated in the FIFA series for the first time
The FIFA series is organized to provide international football experience for countries whose teams do not reach the final stage of the World Cup. The participation of women’s teams in this series is considered as a sign of progress for Pakistan football.
PFF President Mohsin Gilani said that this is a new phase for the Pakistan Women’s Team and I hope that this will lead to the development of the game and opportunities for young players.
