In the ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup, Pakistan won and decided to face Scotland first.
Before the match, the Pakistan team took part in a practice session at the Old Harriers Ground, where field drills and net sessions were conducted under the leadership of coach Shahid Anwar.
Speaking to PCB Digital, bowling coach Rao Iftikhar Anjum said that the result of the first match was disappointing, but the team has been preparing for the last six months and there was a positive meeting between the players and the coaches.
It is worth noting that in the first match of the tournament, Pakistan defeated England by 37 runs, the match between Scotland and Zimbabwe was postponed due to rain.
