Changes in the administrative structure of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) have been announced.
According to details, the selection of players in the eleventh edition of PSL will be done through auction instead of draft.
The auction system will make the team more balanced and players will get more opportunities to win.
Mentors, brand ambassadors and matchmaking rules have been removed.
Before the auction, each franchise can have a total of four players, but each category will have a maximum of one player.

Both new teams will select four players before the auction.
For the first time in PSL, players will be auctioned
Each franchise is also allowed to sign one international player directly.
An international player eligible for direct signing must not be part of the 2025 edition.
Each team’s salary cap to be used in the auction is $1.6 million.
The eleventh edition of PSL will start from March 26, some of the matches will be held at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad.
