Pakistani fast bowler Haris Rauf, who was representing Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash League, narrowly escaped a fatal accident.

Yesterday in the 14th match of BBL against Sydney Thunders, Haris Rauf took 3 wickets for 29 runs and won the man of the match award.

In the first overs of this match, on the fourth ball of the last ball, Rees Topley took a hit and the ball went high in the air.

Haris Rauf at short third and Hilton Cartwright at deep point to catch the runs and both ran over their lengths.
