Wasim Akram has appointed Mohsin Naqvi as PSL’s brand ambassador

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi said that Wasim Ekram has been appointed as the brand ambassador of Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Mohsin Naqvi announced in a statement that instead of March 26, they want to start PSL from March 23.

He said that the aim is to make the cricket academy the best in the region, Multan Sultan will be auctioned after the PSL is over.

PCB chairman also said that 10 parties are eligible for 2 new PSL teams, Multan Sultans will be operated by PCB itself this year.

He said that the bid for PSL teams will be held on January 8 in Islamabad, he will request the information minister to allow the news channel to cover the sports event.

Mohsin Naqvi also said, we want to strengthen the Shaheen of Pakistan, January 8 is an important day for us, our teams will sell well.

He said that whatever happens with India will be on an equal footing.

Chairman PCB said that the Red Ball coach is yet to be decided, the team is working on it, the Indian U-19 team’s move will be discussed with the ICC.

He said that the ICC is writing about India’s behaviour, so far only 3 T20s have been scheduled for the home series against Australia.
