Australian leg-spinner Adam Zampa said the length of the IPL is tough for foreign players, so he opted for the PSL this time.
During an interview in Lahore, Zampa said that the longer T20 leagues are more suitable for the players.
He said that although his initial plan was to rest this season, the short PSL schedule convinced him to participate.
According to Zampa, the IPL lasts for about two-and-a-half months, which can be shortened to give comfort to the players.

Zampa was picked up for the first time in the PSL draft where Karachi Kings made him a part of the squad for a huge fee.
Thanks to his outstanding performance, the team got off to a good start in the event and he is among the top performers.
Adam Zampa also pointed out that foreign spinners, especially leg-spinners, are not as important in the IPL as they are in other leagues.
Zampa revealed that his priority now is to play for Australia and maintain his fitness so that he can participate in future big events.
