Sri Lanka Cricket has decided to call the Pakistan team’s tour as Sri Lanka’s Rebuilding programme.
Sri Lanka Cricket said the Pakistan tour will be used to promote the government’s Restructuring Sri Lanka programme. During the T20 series, several initiatives will be launched to increase awareness of the programme.
Sri Lanka Cricket also said they will also promote the Sri Lanka Cricket Visit Sri Lanka programme, with profits from the series being donated to the programme.
After the recent cyclone, measures are being taken to restore the cities of Sri Lanka, Pakistan will play T20 matches in Sri Lanka on January 7, 9 and 11.
