Report: Feyzan Lakhani. The owners of all the Pakistan Super League (PSL) teams requested the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif to allow fans to come to the stadium during the PSL.
Various franchise owners sent messages to the Prime Minister on social media requesting that Fener be allowed to come and watch PSL matches at the ground.
The owner of Lahore Qalandars, Atif Rana, said that PSL is a celebration of Pakistan cricket but it is incomplete without fans, hence the appeal to the Prime Minister and Prime Minister to allow the fans to return to the field.
Multan Sultans owner Gohar Shah said that we all want fans to come back, but Rawalpindi owner Gohar Shah said that there is no cricket without fans.
Peshawar Zalmi owner Javed Afridi said that Pakistan Super League is a means of uniting people, the passion and presence of fans is the true spirit of PSL.
Islamabad United owner Ali Naqvi said that the energy of fans at the ground is the heartbeat of PSL, PSL is incomplete without fans at the ground.
Hyderabad Kingsmen owner Fawad Sarwar said, “We missed the fans at the ground a lot in the first match, let the crowd scream at every boundary and wicket once again in the stadium.”
The owner of Karachi Kings expressed his views and said that he was saddened to see an empty stadium during the PSL.
