The representatives of the companies that won the bid for 2 new Pakistan Super League (PSL) teams met with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad.

The meeting was attended by Hamza Majid from the company ‘OZ Developer’ which Team Sialkot won and Fawad Sarwar from the company ‘FKS’ from Team Hyderabad.

Federal Minister of Interior Mohsin Naqvi and Federal Minister of Information and Communications Ataullah Tarar were also present in this context.

The Prime Minister congratulated the representatives of the new PSL teams and congratulated the Chairman of the PCB Mohsin Naqvi and the managers of the PCB because the bidding process was successful.

Shehbaz Sharif said that the bidding process for the new teams was broadcast live, this is a proof of transparency, the new teams will be a breath of fresh air for the PSL.

He also said that he is very happy that international firms have come forward to bid for these 2 teams, which can be gauged from the popularity of PSL at the international level.
