In the Pakistan Super League 11, the organizers tried to make the tournament more interesting by introducing a new rule.
Before the toss, both captains will give the match referee a team sheet from two different elevens. Both teams will have eleven players and four substitutes.
After the toss, the captain will finalize each XI.
During the match, the same substitute players will be in action as the substitute fields whose names are on the sheet.
According to the law, the match referee can allow the substitute player to come on the field in exceptional circumstances.
