A new history has been made in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

For the first time in the history of Pakistan Super League (PSL), the auction of players will be held at the Expo Center in Lahore.

More than 800 local and foreign players have been registered in the auction, where each team will have its own group of 16 to 20 members.

The Multan Sultans team will now participate in the event under new ownership under the new name “Rawalpindi”.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi was warmly received by all the franchise owners on his arrival at the players auction ceremony.

Mohsin Naqvi gifted custom T-shirts with T20 World Cup 2026 logo of the national team to all the franchise owners.

In the auction, Pakistan’s first-rounder Faheem Ashraf was bought by Islamabad United for Rs 8.5 million.

No franchises have shown interest in buying former nationals Imad Wasim, Bangladeshi Mehdi Hasan Miraz, Hussain Talat, Asif Afridi and Danish Aziz.

Australia’s David Warner was bought by Karachi Kings for Rs 7.9 million, South Africa’s Riley Russo was bought by Quetta Gladiators for Rs 5.55 million.

New PSL Sialkot Stallions bought Jahanzeb Sultan for Rs 60 lakh.

No franchise has shown interest in Pakistan’s Saud Shakeel and Kamran Ghulam, New Zealand’s Colin Munro and Holland’s George Muncy.

Pakistani fast bowler Muhammad Ali was bought by the new Hyderabad franchise for Rs 2 crore 15 lakh while fast bowler Haris Rauf was bought by Lahore Qalandars for Rs 7 crore 60 lakh.

No franchise showed interest in buying England’s Chris Jordan and Pakistani fast bowlers Muhammad Hasnain and Roman Raees.

Naseem Shah joined Rawalpindi for Rs 8.65 million while batsman Azam Khan became part of Kings Karachi for Rs 3.25 million.

Pakistani all-rounder Sahibzada Farhan was bought by Sialkot Stallions for Rs 5.7 crore.

Rashad Hussain of Bangladesh was bought by Rawalpindi for Rs 3 crore, while young Pakistani spinner Mehran Mumtaz was bought by Islamabad United for Rs 1 crore 25 lakh.

Pakistani young spinner Faisal Akram joined Quetta Gladiators for Rs 1 crore 25 lakh.

Pakistan’s Aamir Jamal was bought by Peshawar Zalmi for Rs 1 crore 90 lakh while young spinner Arafat Minhas was bought by Quetta Gladiators for Rs 1 crore 10 lakh.

Pakistani spinner Osama Mir was bought by Lahore Qalandars for Rs 3.5 million, while Jahandad Khan was bought by Quetta Gladiators for Rs 2.5 million.

National T20 Team Captain Salman Ali Agha was bought by Karachi Kings for 5 million 85 lakhs.

Pakistan’s attacking opener Fakhar Zaman was bought back by Lahore Qalandars for Rs 7.95 crore.

New Zealand attacking midfielder Daryl Mitchell was bought by Rawalpindi for Rs 8.5 million, while Australia’s Max Bryant was bought by Islamabad United for Rs 1.95 million.

Pakistani pacer Khurram Shahzad was bought by Peshawar Zalmi for Rs 2.7 million and Muhammad Amir was bought by Rawalpindi for Rs 5.4 million.

Young pacer from Pakistan Obaid Shah was bought by Lahore Qalandars for Rs 2.7 crore and Kushal Perera was bought by Hyderabad for Rs 3.1 crore.

Pakistan striker Mohammad Haris was bought by Peshawar Zalmi for Rs 2.2 million and Khawaja Nafee was bought by Quetta Gladiators for Rs 6.5 million.

Pakistan batsman Haseebullah Khan was bought by Lahore Qalandars for Rs 1 crore 1 crore.

In the second round, which started after the lunch break, no team showed any interest in Kiwi players like Jimmy Nesham and Michael Bracewell and Pakistani middle-order batsman Iftihar Ahmed.

Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Aziz was bought by Karachi Kings for 9.250 lakhs and Muhammad Irfan Khan Niazi was bought by Hyderabad Kingsmen for 2.90 lakhs.

No French have shown interest in National Test captain Shan Masood, Haider Ali, Asif Ali and Shahnawaz Dhani.

Left winger Abdullah Fazal joined Rawalpindi for Rs 6.75 million, whereas Kiwi Mark Chapman joined Islamabad United for Rs 7 million.

Australian all-rounder Ashton Turner was bought by Sialkot Stallions for Rs 4.2 crore, while Muhammad Wasim Jr. 4.1 million.

Pakistani fast bowler Mir Hamza was bought by Karachi Kings for Rs 2.4 million and Australian leg-spinner Adam Zampa was bought by Karachi Kings for Rs 4.5 million.

Former Australian pacer Peter Siddle was bought by Sialkot Stallions for Rs 2.5 crore and South African spinner Tabriz Shamsi for Rs 2.2 crore.

Imad Butt was bought by Rawalpindi, Wasim Ekram Jr. for 8 million dollars. Hamza Sohail was bought by Karachi Kings and Bismillah Khan by Quetta.

Khalid Usman was bought by Peshewar Zalmi for 60 thousand dollars. Karachi Kings bought Aqib Ilyas for 6 million rupees.

Muhammad Farooq was bought by Qalandar Lahore for 60 thousand. Sameer Minhas was bought by Islamabad United for Rs 1.90 crore. Saqib Khan was bought by Quetta Gladiators for Rs 60 lakh. Samin Gul was bought by Islamabad United for 60 thousand dollars.

Hasan Khan was bought by Hyderabad Gangs for Rs 1 crore 85 lakh and Samuel Harper was bought by Quetta Gladiators for Rs 60 crore.

West Indies’ Shemar Joseph was bought by Islamabad United for Rs 1.1 million and Bevan Jacobs by Quetta Gladiators for Rs 60 million.

Lechlan Shaw and Delano Potgieter were bought by Sialkot Stallions for Rs 60, 60 lakh. Khuzima bin Tanveer was bought by Karachi Kings for 9 million.

Othniel Baartman was bought by Hyderabad Kingsmen for 1 Crore 10 Lakhs.
