Before the start of the event, the captains of all the teams held a joint press conference at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
Hyderabad Kingsmen captain Marinus Labushin said that efforts will be made to ensure that all the players blend together quickly and play as a strong team.
Rawalpindi captain Muhammad Rizwan said that it will be a good tournament and everyone will try to play well.
Ashton Turner, captain of Multan Sultans, said that Pakistan are looking good, they will try to play well. Multan is a good team, all players are good.
It is worth mentioning that the opening match of PSL 2026 will be played between the defending champions Lahore Qalandars and Hyderabad Kingsmen tomorrow at the Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.
