South Africa beat Zimbabwe by five wickets in the Group One match of the ICCT Twenty20 World Cup 2026 Super Eight stage.

South Africa maintained their unbeaten record in the T20 World Cup and advanced to the semi-finals.

In the match played in New Delhi, the Zimbabwean team scored 153 runs for 7 wickets when batting first, Sikander Raza scored 73 runs in 43 balls with the help of 8 fours and 4 sixes.

Under the captaincy of Eden Markram, South Africa achieved the target of 154 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the 18th over, surprisingly in the last 10 overs, South Africa hit only three boundaries.

South Africa will play New Zealand in the semi-final which will be played in Kolkata on Wednesday 4th March.
