In the nineteenth match of the T20 World Cup, Zimbabwe beat Australia by 23 runs.
Zimbabwe’s pace battery prevented the Australian team from chasing down the 170-run target at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
The Australian team was bowled out for 146 runs in 19.3 overs. Matthew Renshaw 65, Glenn Maxwell 31 and skipper Travis Head 17 were dismissed.

Apart from him, eight other batsmen could not reach double figures.
On behalf of Zimbabwe, Blessing Mazarabani 4 for 17 runs and Brad Evans 3 wickets for 23 runs.
Blessing Mazarabani’s 4 for 17 is not only Zimbabwe’s best T20 World Cup figure, but also the best against any full member team in T20 International matches.
Blessing Mazarebani also won his 100th T20 International wicket in this match.
Earlier, Australian captain Travis Head won and invited Zimbabwe to bat first.
Zimbabwe’s openers provided the best start of 61 runs. Marumani was fired 35 times.
Later, a partnership of 70 runs was formed between Brian Bennett and Ryan Brill for the second wicket. On a score of 131, Ryan Brill was bowled for 35 runs.
Zimbabwe scored 169 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in 20 overs. Opener Brian Bennett was unbeaten on 64 runs and captain Sikander Raza scored 25 runs.
For Australia, Marcus Stoins and Cameron Green took a wicket each.
It is worth mentioning that today Australia and Zimbabwe faced each other for the second time in the history of the T20 World Cup and Australia lost both times.
