The Super Eight stage of the International Cricket Council (ICC) T20 World Cup will begin today.
The first match of the second phase of the mega tournament will be played between Pakistan and New Zealand, which will start at 6:30 pm Pakistan time.
The New Zealand team practiced a lot during the day to prepare for the competition.
To break the bowling of Pakistani spinner Usman Tariq, the New Zealand coaching staff made the batsmen bowl in the action of the Pakistani bowler.
Pakistan’s cricket team was scheduled to train under floodlights, but due to rain in Colombo, this training session was cancelled.

In the Super Eight round, Pakistan’s next 2 matches will be played against England and Sri Lanka on February 24 and 28.
