Sri Lanka Cricket has appointed former South African cricketer Gary Kirsten as the head coach.
According to the Sri Lanka Cricket Board, Gary Kirsten will take over as the head coach of the national team from April 15.
Gary Kirsten was a consultant for Namibia in the T20 World Cup 2026, he also took charge of Pakistan’s white ball team in 2024.
