Famous South African batsman Reci van der Dusen has announced his retirement from International Cricket.

Van der Dusen announced his decision via social media and shared an emotional message about his career.

The right-handed batsman made his international debut on 9 October 2018 in a T20 match against Zimbabwe.

He later emerged as a key player in all three formats, representing South Africa.

During his career, he played 57 T20Is, 71 ODIs and 18 Tests.

Van der Dusen played his last international match on 16 August 2025 against Australia. He was known for his consistent batting and responsible performance in important events.

One of the highlights of his career came in the 2023 Cricket World Cup, where he scored an amazing century of 133 runs against New Zealand.

Van der Dusen’s performance will be long remembered by fans.

Van der Dusen also has the honor of a century in the Pakistan Super League.
