Pakistan cricket team batsman Sahibzada Farhan created a new history in T20 World Cup.

Sahibzada Farhan became the first batsman to score two centuries in a single edition of the Twenty20 ICCT Cricket World Cup.

Pakistan batsman Sahibzada Farhan scored a brilliant century in today’s match against Sri Lanka, he also scored a century in the match against Namibia.

Also against Sri Lanka, Sahibzada Farhan and Fakhar Zaman put on a partnership of 176 runs, Pakistan’s highest partnership for any wicket in a T20 World Cup.

The previous record was Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan’s unbroken partnership of 152 runs against India in 2021.

In addition, Pakistani batsman Sahibzada Farhan broke Virat Kohli’s record in T20 cricket, making him the highest scorer in a single edition.

Playing against Sri Lanka, Sahibzada Farhan took his tally to 320 runs in the T20 World Cup 2026, breaking the record of 319 runs set by Virat Kohli in 2014.

This win is a historic moment in Farhan’s career and he has entered the list of records in the world of T20 cricket.
