Report: Feyzan Lakhani. Pakistan Super League team Quetta Gladiators have appointed Sohail Tanveer as their new bowling coach.
It is worth mentioning that Soheyl Tanveer has been appointed as the bowling coach in place of Wahab Riaz, Soheyl Tanveer will join the Gladiators team on March 31.
Quetta Gladiators had earlier appointed Wahab Riaz as bowling coach but the PCB revoked Wahab’s NOC based on his association with the women’s national team establishment.
It is worth mentioning that along with Wahab Riaz, team manager Sarfaraz Ahmed’s NOC was also revoked. Quetta dropped Sarfaraz Ahmed and Wahab Riaz from the team after the NOC was revoked.
Quetta Gladiators manager Azam Khan says that Sohail Tanveer’s presence will be a good learning opportunity for the Quetta team’s players.
