The first player auction process in the history of Pakistan Super League (PSL) is over.
The auction held at Lahore Expo Center lasted for several hours in which eight PSL teams bought a total of 103 players.
Naseem Shah of Rawalpindi became the most expensive Pakistani player sold at the auction at Rs 8.65 million, while his friend Daryl Mitchell became the highest priced foreign player at Rs 8.5 million.
After the auction ended, the number of players from eight franchises increased to 141. All teams formed their group of 16 to 20 members.

Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen Team:
Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen bought Australia’s Marence Labuchin for Rs 5.88 crore through direct signing.
Hyderabad secured Saeem Ayub in the platinum category with Rs 12.6 million, Usman Khan in the diamond category with Rs 4.62 million, Akif Javed in the gold category with Rs 1.96 million and Muaz Sadaqat with Rs 3.5 million in the new category.
