PSL 11: Potential new categories of local players revealed ahead of auction

Report: Soheyl Imran. Ahead of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11 auction, the list of potential new categories of local players has been released.

According to sources, Shadab Khan, Imad Wasim and Naseem Shah from Islamabad United remain at the platinum level in the new categories and Sahibzada Farhan has been awarded gold.

The sources reveal that Salman Ali Akha and Muhammad Nawaz have gone from diamond to platinum and Bayi’s batsman Ezam Khan has gone from diamond to gold.

According to reports, Hasan Ali of Karachi Kings has moved from Diamond to Platinum and Abbas Afridi has moved from Platinum to Diamond.

The sources revealed that Khushdal Shah and Amir Jamal moved from Diamond to Gold and Arafat Minhas moved from Gold to Silver and Shan Masood remained in Diamond.

According to the sources, Shaheen Afridi, Fakhar Zaman and Haris Rauf from Qalandar Lahore remain in the Platinum category, Salman Mirza from Gold to Diamond and Muhammad Naeem from Emerging to Silver.

The sources revealed that Peshawar Zalmi Babar Azam and Saim Ayyub remained in Platinum and Muhammad Haris and Muhammad Ali moved from Diamond to Gold.

These sources stated that Muhammad Rizwan Sultans of Multan remained in Platinum, Osame Mir and Iftikhar Ahmed moved from Platinum to Diamond, Muhammad Hasenin moved from Diamond to Gold category and Akif Jawid moved from Silver to Gold.

According to information, Faheem Ashraf and Muhammad Amir from Quetta Gladiators remain in Platinum and Abrar Ahmed has moved from Diamond to Platinum.

The sources revealed that Wasim Jr. moved from Gold to Diamond and Usman Tariq moved from Silver to Diamond, Khawja Nafi moved from Silver and Hassan Nawaz moved from Gold to Gold.
