Report: Feyzan Lakhani. The Pakistan Women’s Football team has left for the African country to participate in the FIFA series, but due to the ban on international air travel, the players and officials of the team were sent on three different flights.
According to information, the players and officials who are coming from different trips will gather in Istanbul and then the team will go to Benin and then from Istanbul to Ivory Coast.
The Pakistan Women’s Football Team will reach their destination in Ivory Coast after a long journey of about 27 hours.
Pakistan women’s football team captain Maria Khan said before leaving Ivory Coast that playing against the best teams is not new for us.
Speaking to the media, Maria Khan said that the team has become stronger over time in every aspect, be it experience, character or playing skills.
Expressing his confidence, he said that this time the pressure will not be on the Pakistan team but on the Ivory Coast.
It is worth mentioning that the Pakistan Women’s Football Team will play the first match in the FIFA series on April 9.
