India U-19 defeated Pakistan U-19 by 90 runs in the 5th edition of the U-19 Asia Cup at the ICC Academy in Dubai.
First India scored 240 runs, in reply Pakistan were bowled out for 150 runs.
Aaron George played for India U-19 with 85 runs. In addition, Ayush Mahatre scored 38 runs and Kanisek Chauhan scored 46 runs. The Indian team was bowled out for a total of 240 runs in 46.1 overs.
Among Pakistan’s scorers, Mohammad Syam and Abdul Subhan scored 3 goals each and Naqib Shafiq scored 2 goals.
Pakistan team never managed to chase down the target of 241 runs. Huzaifa Ahsan scored 70 runs, but no other player stayed on for long. Pakistan team scored 150 runs in 41.2 overs.
For India, Deepesh Devendran bowled carefully and took 3 wickets, while Kanisek Chauhan and Kishan Singh took 2 wickets each. Excellent performance by Indian batsmen completely demolished Pakistan’s batting line-up.
Deepesh Devendran was Man of the Match, conceding just 16 runs for 3 wickets.
