Pakistan team lost in the first match of Pro Hockey League

In the Pro League hockey tournament, the Pakistan team lost to the Netherlands in their first group match.

Pakistan hockey team lost 5-2 against Holland. The first goal for Pakistan was scored by Hanan Shahid and then another goal by Safian Khan.

Pakistan started the match well, Hanan Shahid made a great drive from the left flank to give Pakistan a lead and Sufyan Khan scored from the penalty spot in the second quarter.

Even in the last 15 minutes, Holland remained in complete control and Pakistan could not get a chance to come back.

“It took us a while to settle into the match but we improved our performance over time,” said Dutchman Tejmeen Rainga.

“We didn’t know how Pakistan would play against us but we understood the situation well and got three points,” he said.

In the tournament, Pakistan hockey team will now play their next match against Argentina on December 12, then the second match will be played against Netherlands on December 12 and Argentina on December 15.
