Pakistan has qualified directly for ICCT20 World Cup 2028.
According to the International Cricket Council (ICC) announcement, the 8 teams that reached the Super Eight stage of the 2026 mega event have qualified for the T20 World Cup.
The 2028 World Cup will be co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand, this time Australia, which was eliminated in the first round, as the host.
According to the ICC statement, teams from Pakistan, India, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, South Africa and West Indies have qualified directly.
According to the statement, the 3 main teams in the ICCT20 series are directly participating in the World Cup from March 9, including Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Ireland.
According to the ICC statement, 20 teams will participate in the 2028 T20 World Cup, while the remaining 8 teams will be determined based on regional competitions.
