Report: Soheyl Imran. New Zealand Cricket has released its coaches Luke Ronkey and Jack Oram to the Pakistan Super League.
New Zealand Cricket announced in its statement that Luke Ronkey and Jacob Oram are assistant coaches of the New Zealand Cricket team, but now Luke Ronkey and Jacob Oram have been given permission to coach Islamabad United.
It is worth noting that Lok Ronkey is the head coach of Islamabad United and Jacob Oram is the assistant coach, the New Zealand team coaches will miss the home series against South Africa and the tour to Bangladesh.
New Zealand performance manager Mike Sandel says supporting Luke Ronkey and Jacob Oram when given the opportunity to coach will add to their experience and skills from coaching outside of New Zealand, while the experience gained from coaching in the PSL will benefit New Zealand.
New Zealand Cricket also announced replacement coaches Luke Rooney and Jacob Oram in their absence, Jonny Bassett Graham and Graeme Aldridge will take charge of the team and Brendan Donkers will be part of the coaching staff for the Bangladesh tour.
It is worth mentioning that the first T20 match between the cricket teams of New Zealand and South Africa will be played on March 15.
