National Games, Pak Army tops with 48 medals, Youngest Athlete Kainat Ibrahim

In the National Games, Pakistan Army strengthened its lead with 48 gold medals.

WAPDA is second with 14 gold medals and Pakistan Navy is third with 7 gold medals.

9-year-old Kainat Ibrahim from Singal became the youngest athlete with a bronze medal in 10,000 meters.

In the men’s football games of the games, the teams of Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Air Force reached the semi-finals.

The semi-finals will be played on December 10, and the final on December 12.

At the games, WAPDA’s Samiullah and WAPDA’s Faiqa Riaz became Pakistan’s fastest male and female athletes by winning the 100m event at the National Games.

Ershad Nadim won the gold medal in the javelin throw, 11 gold medals were determined in the athletics game of the national games.

Samiullah from WAPDA completed the 100 meters race in 10.30 seconds and won the gold medal while Usman Ali and Rashid Riaz from the army won silver and bronze medals.

In men’s javelin throw, Arshad Nadeem of WAPDA won the gold medal with a throw of 81.81m, Yasir Sultan of WAPDA won the silver medal with 70.77m, Muhammed Abrar of the Army won the bronze medal.

In the men’s 5000 meters race, Muhammad Akhtar of the army won the gold medal with a time of 14 minutes and 36.41 seconds, Amir Sohail of WAPDA won the silver medal and Muhammad Zoheib of the PAF won the bronze medal.

In the women’s high event, WAPDA’s Noreen Fatima won gold with 1.53m, HEC’s Imtal Rahman won silver and Army’s Arooj Ayub won bronze.

In the men’s long event, Ansir Abbas of Navy won gold with 7.68 meters, Faraz Khan of WAPDA won silver and Rizwaneddin of Army won bronze.

In the men’s shot put, Jamshid Ali of the army won the gold medal with 16.95 meters, Noshirwan of the army won the silver medal and Sahibzada Kashif of the HEC won the bronze medal.

Nabila Kausar of Army won gold with 12.48 meters, Khadija Mahwin of HEC won silver and Maymoona of Punjab won bronze in women’s shot put.

In the women’s 10,000 meters race, Mariya Bibi from WAPDA won the gold medal with a time of 44 minutes and 21.40 seconds, Mumtaz Nimat from the navy won the silver medal and Kainat, 9 years old from Singal, won the bronze medal.

In the women’s golf competition, Norin Hisen from the army won the gold medal with 2.90 meters, Amara Şahin from WAPDA won the silver medal and Uzma Şahin from the army won the bronze medal.

In the 3000 meters race, Talha Selim from the army won the gold medal with 9 minutes and 11.40 seconds.
