Karachi:

Multan Sultans journey with PSL is officially over, the next edition will be managed by the PCB itself, after which the franchise will be sold.

According to reports, due to the owner’s aggressive statements and the subsequent leak of information, there is no turning back in the case of PCB and Sultans of Multan, therefore, unlike other franchises, Sultans have not been offered to renew the contract.

Instead of closing the deal immediately, the board waited until December 31. Now that the franchise deal has officially ended, the PCB will take over the management itself in the 11th edition this year.

The team will then be sold, retaining the name Multan Sultans or adopting a different name will be at the discretion of the new owner, along with ownership of all social media and website accounts.

Now Multan Sultans have 1.7 million Facebook followers, 7 million 74 thousand X (Twitter), 5 million 76 thousand Instagram followers, 5 million 6 thousand Tik Tok followers, Multan Sultans franchise is losing its owners for the second time.

It is worth noting that, on the one hand, Eli Tarin left the franchise with an annual fee of 1 billion and 8 kira, and on the other hand, he participates in the auctions of the seventh and eighth teams, whose salary is more than 1.5 billion.

Perhaps he could have taken the Multan Sultans for less than that even though the fee was increasing in value.

According to the sources, the former owners may have thought that the auction board would not allow them to participate in the auction, but the Speaker of the Parliament Mohsin Naqvi himself welcomed them, now the former owners of Satan are in trouble.

On the other hand, many big parties also participate in the January 8 auction, so there is a possibility of a significant increase in the auction, however, some active companies on social networks have used this opportunity as a means of communication.

They will not be able to spend 2 billion rupees annually in joint expenses, but their profile can be improved by participating in tenders and talking on social media.

For this, they have to spend only 20 thousand dollars, if they do not win in the auction, 2 thousand dollars will be returned to them.
