After India’s worst ever defeat in the U-19 Asia Cup final, the Instagram story of U-19 cricket team mentor and former national captain Sarfaraz Ahmed went viral.
After arriving in Pakistan, the U-19 cricket team met Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and later Chief of Defense Forces Mashal Syed Asim Munir.
Later on Tuesday, Sarfaraz Ahmed shared a photo in which he shook hands with Marshal Syed Asim Munir and wrote, “Aslam wa Alaikum sir, Sir Faraz Ahmed reported, mission completed.”
It is worth mentioning that in the final of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) U-19 Asia Cup played in Dubai on Sunday, Pakistan defeated India by a huge margin of 191 runs thanks to the brilliant batting of Sameer Minhas.
