The PCB has reconstituted a four-member selection committee after former ICC Elite Panel umpire Aleem Dar resigned from the selection committee.
According to information, the former captain Misbah al-Haq and Sarfaraz Ahmed have taken part in the selection committee and now the selection committee consisting of 4 people will select the teams.
Aqib Jawid, Asad Shafiq, Misbah-ul-Haq and Sarfraz Ahmed are included in the selection committee.
After Aleem Dar resigned, data analyst Usman Hashmi was removed from the selection committee.
It is worth mentioning that there is a high possibility that Sarfraz Ahmed will also become the coach of the national test team.
Previously, Misbah Al Haq and Sarfraz Ahmed expressed their opinion in the election, but now they have officially become members of the election board.
