Report: Arfa Firoz Zeki. Pakistan Tennis Federation President Easimul Haque said about the boycott against India in the ICCT World Twenty20 that India should not be allowed to dominate cricket unilaterally and now is the time to raise their voice against India.
Speaking to Geonews about the T20 World Cup controversy, Easimul Haque said that India’s mentality is reflected by not shaking hands and that India thinks it can hurt Pakistan by not playing cricket.
He said that India is boycotting Pakistan’s visit to Davis Cup as well, India was always invited to play but India itself did not come to Pakistan.
Easam-ul-Haq said that six years ago Pakistan tennis raised its voice against India and then India came to Pakistan to play Davis Cup. Indian sportsmen are enjoying themselves when they come to Pakistan.
Pakistan Tennis Federation President said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi took steps for Bangladesh, whether Pakistan won the World Cup or not, but because of such a decision Pakistan won the World Cup.
