The development has come to light on the request to seize the social media accounts and ATM cards of popular YouTuber Saadul Rahman aka Dicky Bhai.
According to details, Judicial Magistrate Naeem Vito in Kachhari District Lahore heard the request for custody of Dicky Bhai’s social media accounts and ATM cards.
The NCCIA counsel stood in court that the investigating officers are in Islamabad. Shoaib Riaz has not yet returned the case file.
The Magistrate asked Dicky Bhai’s lawyer how his client was using YouTube, to which the lawyer said Sirman’s account was with NCC, it was an editor’s account.
Counsel Dicky Bhai added that it is a request for custody of electronic devices and mobiles seized by NCCIA. My client’s four credit cards and my amount must be submitted to us.
NCCIA once again sought time to submit the report.
The court ordered the NCCIA to submit the report by December 15.
