Former national team coach Jason Gillespie has once again spoken against the PCB

The former head coach of the Pakistan Cricket Team, Jason Gillespie, has once again accused the Pakistan Cricket Board.

Jason Gillespie, who was the coach of Pakistan’s Test team in 2024, revealed during a Q&A session on social media platform X that he faced disparaging behavior from the PCB, which led to his decision to quit coaching.

A user asked Gillespie why he quit coaching the Pakistan team, to which Gillespie bluntly said that I was the captain of the Pakistan Test team, the PCB fired our senior assistant without consulting or informing me.

“As a head coach, this situation is completely unacceptable to me and there were many other problems that I felt disrespected,” he said.

Remember that Jason Gillespie had previously made negative statements about the setup of the Pakistan team, he said that the Pakistan experience had spoiled my passion for coaching.

In addition, Jason Gillespie claimed in an interview that Aqib Javed campaigned to become a coach and he accused Aqib Javed and said that Aqib Javed is clearly damaging the reputation of Gary Kirsten and I, he was a joke.
