Former Australian team captain Tim Paine has been appointed as the head coach of Sialkot Stallions, the new franchise joining the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Sialkot Stallions appointed former Australian captain Tim Paine as the captain for the 11th edition of PSL.
The franchise announced the appointment on their official social media accounts and said, “We are proud to appoint Tim Paine as the head coach of Sialkot Stallions”.
Tim Paine, 41, has extensive experience. While representing Australia, he played 35 Tests, 35 ODIs and 12 T20Is, also earning the honor of leading the team in Tests.
It should be noted that earlier, the new team Hyderabad, which participated in PSL 11, appointed former Australian cricketer Jason Gillespie as the head coach.
Pakistan Super League 11 will be held from March 26.
